Creative Team:

Harish Kumar is the founder of Hypnautyx Entertainment and Gipht Labs. A creative professional dabbling across different media over the last 11 years, Harish has worked under acclaimed film makers like Kunal Vijaykar, Prahlad Kakkar and K.Hariharan. Prior to founding Hypnautyx and Gipht labs, Harish served as Programming Head with Big 92.7, Chennai and as Creative Consultant with Reliance Infocomm. He has created numerous documentaries, corporate films, animation films and commercials. He has a degree in Mass Communications from Bharathiar University.

Madhavdas was one of the founding members who created the independent music label called Magnasound. The company was the exclusive licensee for Warner Music and later the exclusive licensee for BMG International. His forte is managing Artistes and Repertoire (A & R) and was directly responsible for introducing and promoting many of the top singers of the 90’s who cut their own albums and featured in videos that drove the Indipop movement through MTV and Channel [V]. He also headed the team that evaluated and signed soundtracks from all four South Indian film industries. He has had varied experiences in life including being a ship Master tramping the oceans for fifteen years, being an independent music producer for CBS Records and then being the editor and publisher of India’s first English language magazine dedicated to cinema called South Side.

Mr. K. Hariharan is the director of L.V. Prasad Film & TV Academy. He is an accomplished filmmaker and distinguished scholar. He graduated from FTII Pune. The national award winning Tamil film "Ezhavathu Manidhan", earned him International acclaim, featuring in Moscow and other film festivals. Mr. Hariharan has also made many documentaries on subjects like travel, education and social movements. He is a visiting faculty at the University of Pennsylvania since 1995, and a guest faculty at the Miami University in Oxford, Film & TV Institute in Pune, and the Asian College of Journalism, Chennai.
